The A.N.D.Y. Program provides anti-tobacco
programs for youth and adults in Mercer,
Paulding and Van Wert Counties.
The coalition
is made up of local adult volunteers
interested in promoting smoking cessation
and prevention programs at the community
level. The Ohio
Tobacco Prevention
Foundation funds these programs through a
community-based grant.
